Here at Activ, our relationships are important to us.

We’re continually seeking ways to strengthen our relationships with clients, employees, families and community alike.

To show our ongoing commitment to this, we have developed a framework called ‘Connecting with Activ’ – to ensure regular, open and honest feedback and communication with all of our stakeholders, in a variety of ways.

So you can be sure that whenever you to talk to us, we will listen.

We have already started implementing the Connecting with Activ initiatives and expect all the activities to be completed over the next 18 months.

To tell us how we are doing, please email your feedback to feedback@activ.asn.au. To enable us to answer your complaint, concern or to thank you for a compliment, please include your contact details.

If you have a complaint, we encourage you to discuss any issues directly with the relevant team leader or employee coordinator prior to contacting the Complaints Officer, if appropriate.
