All employees are paid according to an enterprise agreement and have the usual leave conditions, superannuation and set work hours.

Employee Guidelines
To get a job at Activ Employment Services, people with disability must be at least 15 years old and registered with Centrelink.
Our employees are highly motivated and work a minimum of eight hours a week. There are also some minimal criteria for independence. This includes, for example, the ability to move around the workplace - even if a wheelchair or a walking frame is required.
