All employees at Activ get the same employment conditions as people who work in the general workforce. These conditions include paid sick leave, paid annual leave and maternity leave.

To get a job at Activ Employment Services, people with disability must be at least 15 years old, wanting to work and registered with Centrelink.

Our employees are highly motivated and work a minimum of eight hours a week. There are also some minimal criteria for independence. This includes, for example, the ability to move around the workplace - even if a wheelchair or a walking frame is required.
