Workplace learning
Activ Pathways delivers training in the workplace where learning is meaningful, practical and relevant. Learning in the training room is combined with learning on the job. Through this work-centered approach participants can improve their work skills and be recognised as valuable employees and staff.
Comprehensive support systems
Each of our training programs are administrated by an experienced facilitator and successful professional in the disability area. All participants receive comprehensive course notes and study aids that have been specifically designed to meet the needs of people with a disability, or staff who are unfamiliar with formal learning.
Targeted programs
Activ Pathways is at the heart of the disability industry and we are continually updating and modifying our courses and assessments to reflect current legislation, industry developments and work place practices.
