Staff will record details of client and preferred course and venue.
Clients will be notified of scheduled training date/s and day/s for the selected course and invited to attend an Information Day approximately six weeks prior to course commencement.
At the Information Day staff will:
- Provide an overview of the training course;
- Provide detail of cost and payment options;
- Provide an Enrolment form and Participant Profile form;
- Provide a tour of the training venue; and
- Answer any questions you may have.

Clients must submit an Enrolment form and Participant Profile form.
On acceptance of enrolment an Advice of Confirmation will be sent to participant and invoice for course costs issued.
A training attendance record will be created and forwarded to the trainer. If there are any special needs identified these will be brought to the attention of the Trainer or Assessor for further follow up.
