The fees applicable to each course provided are available by contacting our offices.
The fees and charges are based on information gained from current industry research and consultation. GST applicable will be included on all invoices.
Payment of fees does not mean a participant is guaranteed successful completion of the course.
Refund and Fees Paid in Advance
If a client or participant wishes to withdraw from a scheduled course and receive a full refund of monies paid, they are required to notify Activ Pathways 3 days before course commencement.
All fees received will be banked at the first available opportunity and will be recorded as revenue in organisational accounts.
If notification is received past the 3 day period, a 20% penalty rate of monies paid will be deducted.
Please note that if a client or participant is experiencing difficulty meeting the cost of the course a flexible payment option may be available.
Activ Pathways may cancel or postpone training programs scheduled to run, due to unforeseen circumstances arising, or where insufficient numbers of participants have been confirmed.
Should it be necessary for Activ Pathways to cancel a training program, arrangements will be made to reschedule the training or refund monies.
