Training

Activ Pathways will provide flexible training opportunities including:

• On-the-Job Workplace Learning;
• Off-the-Job Training Room Learning.

Assessment

The goal at Activ Pathways is that all participants will receive training to the highest standard of excellence.

Assessments will be made as practical and as non-threatening as possible. They may involve:

• On-the-job observations and demonstrations;
• Off-the-job assessments such as: role plays, simulations, worksheets, group projects and demonstrations.

Each of our courses has an established assessment strategy; however there is opportunity to negotiate an individual strategy with the Trainer or Assessor.

All courses are assessed against the endorsed components of the Training Package. Results will be either 'Competent' or 'Not Yet Competent'.
