From the 1st July 2017, instead of the Disability Services Commission providing funding directly to Activ Transport Services, funding will be provided to the person with a disability, based on the reasonable and necessary services and supports outlined in their NDIS Individual Plan. As a result of these changes, Activ will no longer provide a transport service to people living with disability from the 1st July 2017.
Activ is working with everyone currently using our transport service to help them find alternative ways to get to work. We are hosting workshops to bring together our customers and their family members so they can meet, share ideas and work together to find solutions.

Transport and NDIS Planning
It is very important to discuss your transport needs when you attend your WA NDIS Planning session with a WA NDIS Local Coordinator.
Please make sure you take this document with you to your planning session so that your Local Coordinator is aware of the changes to Activ Transport and can work with you to make sure all your needs are considered in your Plan.
