Executive Manager Operations

Amanda joined Activ in 2013 and was appointed Executive Manager of Operations South in January 2018. Prior to this appointment, Amanda had served as Disability Development Coordinator (2013), Manager Service Development (2013-2016), and Head of Quality, Safety, Health and Environment (2016-2018).

An experienced leader with 29 years’ history in the disability services sector, including more than 13 years in senior leadership positions, Amanda thrives on developing high performing teams and influencing change through strong interpersonal communication. Amanda’s mix of experience, sector exposure and skill allows her to contribute a unique insight into the ever-changing disability sector.

Amanda is passionate about continuous improvement and is committed to designing better processes and services that lead to better outcomes for our customers.

As Executive Manager of Operations South, Amanda oversees State and Commonwealth funded services delivered by Activ in an NDIS operated environment. Her role focuses on areas in the Perth south metropolitan area, Goldfields, Great Southern, and the South West.
