Executive Manager People & Quality

Tracy joined Activ in 2016 after having held senior roles in both Human Resources and Commercial Leadership across a number of large consumer led organisations.

Prior to Tracy’s appointment to the role of Executive Manager People and Quality in February 2018, Tracy held the position of Head of Organisational Capability at Activ. Since joining Activ Tracy has led the team to implement a number of strategic capability initiatives to ensure we deliver safe and quality services through our people.

As Executive Manager People & Quality, Tracy is responsible for strategically guiding and leading the delivery of best practice People and Quality outcomes across Activ. The portfolio focuses specifically on strategic human resources, capability development, health and safety, customer liaison and quality.

Tracy holds a Master of Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management. Tracy is committed to working closely with our people to ensure they can work safely and enable our customers living with disability to pursue a better life.
