Executive Manager People & Culture

Tracy joined Activ in 2016 after holding senior roles in both human resources and commercial leadership across a number of large consumer-led organisations.

Prior to Tracy’s appointment to the role of Executive Manager People and Quality in February 2018, she was Head of Organisational Capability.

As Executive Manager People & Quality, Tracy strategically guided and lead the delivery of best practice people and quality outcomes across Activ. The portfolio focused specifically on strategic human resources, capability development, health and safety, customer liaison and quality. In June 2022, Tracy was appointed to the role of Executive Manager People and Culture.

Tracy also serves on the Royal Commission Steering Committee and Activ’s Futures Committee.

Tracy holds a Master of Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management. She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

She is passionate about working closely with the leaders of the organisation to support them in leading highly engaged teams and to enable our customers to achieve their independence outcomes.
