Choose the training delivery model that best suits your school

We pride ourselves not only on our quality training products and being experts in the disability industry, we also allow for flexibility of how we offer our services to ensure our training options will best meet your schools’ staff and student needs.

Our training products can be offered 3 ways:

1. Group training programs delivered to your school

All Pathways training programs can be delivered exclusively to your school. Whether it be a Certificate II for a group of year 11’s or a professional development course to a group of your teachers or support staff – the training can be provided exclusively for your chosen group.

It’s as simple as you choosing the program and supplying the group of students, then Pathways will provide the trainer and take care of the rest!
We offer flexibility of our services, so will work with you to coordinate training logistics such as timetables and delivery locations, plus material can be customised and even co-branded with your school logo if you choose.

Options available are dependent on your chosen program, but we will do the best we can to accommodate the needs of your school and students.

Suitable for:

  • A group of students wanting to complete a Cert I or II qualification within a school year/term
  • A group of teachers or support staff who would like to increase skills in a specific topic.

Depending on the program selected, minimum and maximum numbers for group sizes will apply. Programs are charged at a fixed rate per group.

2. Open enrolment programs for individual students

If you don’t have the ability to commit a full group of students to be trained in a specific program, then this option may be for you.

Pathways offer ‘open enrolment’ programs for a range of our training products – for both student and teacher programs. Schools can enrol individual or a small number of students onto an “open program” that is being offered by Pathways.

These programs are open to students of any school to enrol,  giving the students the opportunity to join participants from other schools whilst experiencing their training journey. Open programs are also a great option if you’d like to be able to offer your students a variety of topics they can choose from, and not be limited to only offering programs where you have to reach minimum participation numbers to form a group.

Contact us if you are interested in learning more about Pathways open programs options available.

3. Auspice programs for schools who have qualified staff that can deliver the training and assessment

An auspice agreement enables schools and organisations to deliver vocational education and training to their students. Together we work in partnership to maintain quality of delivery and assessment. We provide auspice partners with a full suite of student and trainer/assessor resources for the program.
