COVID-19 Update: Activ services and policies

Following the most recent update from WA Premier Mark McGowan, Activ can confirm that from 12:01am Sunday 14 February 2021, all services will return to pre-lockdown conditions for the Perth metro, Peel and South West regions.

Use of masks

From Sunday, masks are no longer mandatory on any of Activ’s sites.

Use of SafeWA app or attendance form

All Activ staff, including supported employees attending their usual place of work are required to continue using the SafeWA app or attendance form, however temperature checks are no longer required.

Activ customers attending a community hub are required to use the SafeWA app or attendance form and have their temperatures checked.

External visitors to Activ sites

External visitors are now permitted at Activ’s accommodation homes and other sites.

All external visitors to Activ sites must continue to use the SafeWA app and/or attendance form, have their temperatures checked, and complete the Activ Health Survey.

Re-opening of community hubs

Activ’s community hubs will re-open on Monday 15 February 2021 and services will resume.

Any visitors to community hubs are required to use the SafeWA app or attendance form, have their temperatures checked and complete the Activ Health Survey.

Hygiene and social distancing practices

All Activ staff and customers are required to continue to adhere to regular hygiene and social distancing practices.
