Two Activ Esperance supported employees reached significant employment milestones this week.
Alan Gallop and Patricia (Trish) Anderson each notched up 35 years employment with Activ. Alan and Trish also went to school together, and have been friends since they were 16.
Activ Esperance Customer Operations Manager, Lynda Paxton, said Alan would come to work every day if he could, although he will be transitioning to retirement later this year, and says he is looking forward to more fishing, visiting local cafes and listening to local bands.
She said Trish’s attention to detail makes her an invaluable member of our cleaning team. She takes great pride in her work and is loved and respected by her team mates, supervisors and cleaning customers alike.
“Also honoured today is Gordon Dace, who celebrates 15 years as a supported employee. Gordon is an enthusiastic team member who always knows what’s going on. He also loves music, and is a proud volunteer with Hope FM Community Radio,” said Ms Paxton.
Activ CEO Danielle Newport congratulated Alan, Trish and Gordon on their long standing employment with Activ, and their flexibility in taking on new challenges over the years.
“They have all contributed to the success of Activ Esperance, and the broad range of services we offer to the local community,” said Ms Newport.
