Activ has been involved in the NDIS since the very beginning, and we’re a registered NDIS service provider in Western Australia. If you have a disability, we can help you understand how the NDIS works, find out if you are eligible, and guide you through the application process. If your application is approved, we can then provide you with a whole range of disability supports under the scheme.

If you are just starting your NDIS journey, you might need some help along the way.  Across Western Australia, Activ staff are on hand to help make your NDIS journey as smooth as possible. 

You can meet with us at our office, at a location convenient to you, or even in your own home.
