Our Supported Living customers receive supports in the comfort of their own home, whether that be in shared accommodation, a rental, or their own home. Activ’s Supported Living options include;
- Supported Independent Living (SIL)
- Onsite Overnight Support
- Individualised Living Options
- Drop-in Supports
Supported Living allows customers to live independently in their own space, while knowing help is not far away. Customers build relationships with Activ’s Support Workers who may help in building capabilities with tasks like cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
